Paper Stocks

70 lb. Uncoated Offset Text Paper

This is a lightweight text paper with an offset finish, perfect for writing on with pen or pencil. Colors will look “flatter” on offset stocks as more of the ink soaks into the porous paper.

70 lb. Coated Gloss Text Paper

Also lightweight, this glossy text paper is a good selection if you’re trying to save weight for mailing, or looking to cut costs while still offering a shiny finish that brings out the color.

80 lb. Coated Gloss Text Paper

Slightly thicker that 70 lb. Gloss Text, 80 lb. Gloss Text offers lower weight than 100 lb. Gloss text, while still bringing out the color with glossy enamel coating.

80 lb. Matte Text Paper

80 lb. Matte Text provides an elegant, understated look and feel, that is somewhere between a gloss and an offset finish. This finish presents colors better than offset, but not as vibrant as coated gloss.

100 lb. Coated Gloss Text Paper

100 Lb. Gloss Text is a thick weight paper stock that is suitable for interior pages as well as covers when mixed with lower weight inside pages.

100 lb. Matte Text Paper

100 lb. Matte Text is a thick weight paper providing an elegant, understated look and feel that is somewhere between a gloss and an offset finish. This finish presents colors better than offset, but not as vibrant as coated gloss.

8 pt. Gloss Cover Stock

The perfect cover option for the weight, price and performance, 8 pt. Gloss Cover is heavy-weight stock with a glossy finish that brings out the colors.

8 pt. Matte Cover Stock

The perfect cover option for the weight, price and performance. 8 pt. Matte Cover provides an elegant, understated look and feel that is somewhere between a gloss and an offset finish.

10 pt. Gloss Cover Stock

A thick weight cover stock, substantially thicker that 100 lb. text, with a glossy finish that makes color shine.

First Class Postage

The most expensive option, this class will get your materials delivered within 1 to 3 business days no matter the distance.

First Class Presorted Postage

Less expensive that First Class, mail still gets delivered in 1 to 3 business days, but you must have at least 500 pieces to mail or more.

Standard Mail (Bulk) Postage

The least expensive option, Standard Rate mailing usually get delivered in 2 to 9 business days depending on the distance.

Uploading & Proofing

When can I upload my Print PDF files?

Once you have successfully completed the checkout process, you can upload your print-ready PDF files on the order confirmation page. Scroll down to the “Order details” section and look for the “Upload Job Files” dialogue. Click “Add files” and select the print-ready multi-page PDF for upload.

If you would like to upload your files at a later time, login to the “My Account” section of the site and click on “Orders” to bring up a list of open and past orders. Click on the “View” button and look for the “Order Details” section and look for the “Upload Job Files” dialogue. Click “Add files” and select the print-ready multi-page PDF for upload.

Make sure that you upload a multi-page print-ready PDF file with all of the fonts and elements embedded. Look here for more information about Preparing Files.

Once your files are received, we will pre-flight your job and prepared the files for print production. An email with instructions for downloading an online proof will be sent to you within 24 hours. Please contact customer service at 800-604-3063 if you require assistance with file upload.

When can I upload my Mail List?

Once you have successfully completed the checkout process, you can upload your Mail List files on the order confirmation page. Scroll down to the “Order details” section and look for the “Upload Mail List Files” dialogue. Click “Add files” and select the .CSV, .XLS. or >XLSX file for upload.

If you would like to upload your files at a later time, login to the “My Account” section of the site and click on “Orders” to bring up a list of open and past orders. Click on the “View” button and look for the “Order Details” section and look for the “Upload Mail List Files” dialogue. Click “Add files” and select the .CSV, .XLS. or >XLSX file for upload.

Make sure that you upload a mailing list that meets our specifications. For a complete guide and sample file, view the Mail Services guide.

Once your files are received, we will process your mail list for duplicates and postage. An email with postal paperwork and the postage amount will be sent to you for your review. Please contact customer service at 800-604-3063 if you require assistance with file upload.

Proofing Your Files

When your online Proof Files are ready, you will receive an email with a link to download the proof. To approve the proof, login to the “My Account” section of the site, click on “Orders” and look for the “Your Online Digital Proofs” section.

To see the files, please read and accept the disclaimer by checking the “I agree…” box. Download the proof and carefully check your files. If everything looks good, answer the “Do you approve?” question by selecting “Yes.”

If there is a problem with your online digital proof, select the “No” option and give a description of what issue you have with the proof.

Once approved, Print Production of your job will start on the next business day after the proof approval.
